I’m Radu, the founder. I created this business because I saw too many homeowners and landlords feeling frustrated, unsure who to trust, and paying thousands in estate agency fees without receiving real support.
My goal is different:

Founder & Director
I’m Radu Dinescu-Constantinescu, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. My life has been a wonderful exploration fueled by a passion for precision, meaningful connections, and open communication. Through years in sales, I’ve learned the valuable art of understanding people’s needs, fostering trust, and crafting tailored solutions that truly resonate.
Before venturing into sales, I refined my attention to detail as a gemologist in a jewellery factory, ensuring every stone met exceptional standards. This experience instilled in me a deep commitment to excellence.
Although I briefly explored a career in software engineering, I eventually discovered that my true passion lies in building relationships and helping others achieve their dreams. Facing redundancy was a transformative moment that prompted me to rethink my future and ultimately introduced me to the rewarding world of property. In this field, I found the perfect blend of my skills and passions.
Today, I thrive on helping my clients make informed investment decisions, guiding them toward financial growth and lasting success. I’m eager to continue this journey and change the lives of those I work with!
